Tengo problemas de rendimiento en un sistema administrativo cliente/servidor, y deseo saber si los datos que arroja iostat sobre sdb que es donde están ejecutandose las VM no presentan problemas tales como saturación

The first output of iostat is always trash and you need to run it ongoing like with "iostat -xm 1" (even shows %utiliization then).
But if %iowait is under 3.00 (like your pic shows 0.01) it's ok
