Proxmox can't boot from flash drive
Bios don't recognize flash drive ass bootable device

Can you boot a different os or flash media? If BIOS doesn't support booting from flash drive Proxmox VE can't do very much about it

I installed windows from flash drive before.

how exactly did you write the ISO to the flash drive? Did you follow a recommended method as described in Prepare Installation Media?
