Reinstall a template / install a other template

what for permissions we must set for a user or a group, than the user can reinstall her vm-image or install a other image on her own machine?
As admin i haven´t found this option, too...

please help. Thanks...

Just boot from another installation CD? (Maybe I don't really get your question).

Oh, you talk about OpenVZ. Container re-install is not implemented.
