External usb key does not appear in my VM

somebody can help me to resolve my problem. I created a virtual Machine successful. But when a use a external usb key, i see my key on my real machine and not my VM. How to make it appear on my VM ?

There a multiple ways to pass a USB device to a VM. Which one did you use (as USB devices don't show in VMs automatically)?
Or Is your question "how to do that"? And does "usb key" mean a cryptographic USB dongle or a USB storage device?

i want to use usb devices show in Vm automatically when i connect it in my real machine. Or system ask me if i want to showing in my vm.
