Trouble reaching the proxmox server

Hi all. I hope someone can guide me into fixing my troubles.
I can reach every VM and LXC running on my proxmox server, but i have trouble reaching Proxmox itself, both in web gui and ssh.
If i force restart the server, i can reach it for a minute or two, but after that i cant.
The VMs and LXCs running on proxmox is always reachable...
What is going on?
My server shows alot of strange messages..

That sounds like a duplicate IP address or MAC address. There are threads about this on the forums here.
Check your VM and CT IPs/MACs and maybe share (a photo of) your /etc/network/interfaces

The messages about ignores MSR (so other people don't have to browse to an unknown website) are not related to your problem.

Okei, i am now luckily able to reach my proxmox server.
here is my etc/network/interfaces

auto lo
iface lo inet loopback

iface enp3s0 inet manual

auto vmbr0
iface vmbr0 inet static
        address 10.10.1.40/24
        gateway 10.10.1.1
        bridge-ports enp3s0
        bridge-stp off
        bridge-fd 0
        bridge-vlan-aware yes
        bridge-vids 2-4094

iface wlp4s0 inet manual

I got no other computer/vm or LXC with ip 10.10.1.40
The mac adresses im more unsure about..

Okei, i got 4 LXCs running:

1. eth0 vmbr0 BC:24:11:1D:86:E3 10.10.1.5/24
2. eth0 vmbr0 4E7:55:1D:5C:CF 10.10.1.55/24
3. eth0 vmbr0 BC:24:11:70:1A:FF 10.10.1.45/24
4. eth0 vmbr0 BC:24:11:29:19:7B 10.10.1.3/24

And one TrueNAS VM
vmbr0 VirtIO (paravirtualized) 5E:A1:77:56:3C:B1 10.10.1.60
