No Gui Login

Hello, all. My situation is as follows; after restarting my server I can no longer log in via the GUI. I can successfully SSH in and login locally but not via GUI. I have TOTP enabled but after entering my code I receive a, "login failed" error. This occurs with both nodes in my cluster.

Any ideas? Help.

Since you have SSH on your Proxmox VE server try to disable the TOTP and then try to login.

Since you have SSH on your Proxmox VE server try to disable the TOTP and then try to login.

For some reason it started working again on one of my cluster nodes; so I was able to turn off two-factor and create another admin user. Lesson learned; don't rely solely on the root account.
