HardwareID Keeps changing after reboot

My HardwareID keeps on changing after I reboot my VM. I'm using Windows Server OS.

I attached the tool that I used to generate HardwareID.

I've discerned the issue. When utilizing VirtIO Network, the Hardware Identification (HWID) changes after a reboot, whereas with e1000, it remains unchanged
