All drives connected to both Dell PERC H200 controllers disappear

I have the same problem, I have two Dell PERC H200 controllers flashed into IT mode. There are 16 disks connected to them, when I try to connect only one controller to the virtual machine, all the disks connected to both controllers automatically disappear and the virtual machine does not boot

You can only passthrough whole IOMMU groups. Both HBAs are part of the same IOMMU group (group 2) so when you only select one HBA to passthrough it will passthrough both.

Try other PCIe slots that won't share a IOMMU group.
