proxmox 2.1 don't see the new file cluster.config.new

Anybody can help me please?

I have Proxmox VE 2.1 working vey well with manual fence, now i want to modify the file cluster.conf on Node 1:

cd /etc/cluster
cp cluster.conf cluster.conf.new

... and i edit the file cluster.conf.new, also modifying the "config_version"

after, i go to Node 1 in Proxmox web interface datacenter/HA for activate the changes...
surprise... I don't have enabled the option "activate"

What I can do?

cp /etc/pve/cluster.conf /etc/pve/cluster.conf.new

Thank you very much e100, it works!, is incredible, a stupid mistake of mine, and thanks to you I can continue my work.
