Cant access console, start vms or remotely reboot the server.

I have an old server that i put proxmox on. its been fine for a few weeks then when i tried to turn on a vm i get "cluster not ready - no quorum? (500)"
Igo to consle to look and it times out with the status of
"failed waiting for client: timed out
TASK ERROR: command '/usr/bin/termproxy 5900 --path /vms/103 --perm VM.Console -- /usr/bin/dtach -A /var/run/dtach/vzctlconsole103 -r winch -z lxc-console -n 103 -e -1' failed: exit code 1"

what should i do?

Hi, do you have a cluster set up? "cluster not ready - no quorum" means that more than 50% of cluster nodes are offline, so the cluster cannot function anymore. Could you post the output of pvecm status and check your syslog for error messages?

sorry i wiped the raid drives for the server as 1 of the hard drives had died
