No HDMI audio with GPU passthrough to Windows 11 VM

I boot my physical ssd with Windows 11 on it inside Proxmox vm with GPU passthrough, but for some reason HDMI audio don't work.

Somethings wrong with image hosting where I upload pictures. They just shows that my AMD hdmi audio device drivers don' work in device manager.

Look at the attachment, all functions should be enabled.

Try reinstalling the radeon software package + reboot.

If it isn't solved then, run again radeon software, but this time click on additional options and check factory reset there + reboot.

Is this should reflect my bare metal installation when I try to boot on drive directly?

Not 100%.

If you boot this later on bare metal, you'll likely have the same error again. Also the same procedure should solve it.
