No more network devices

Dear All,
I see proxmox by boot logo. I have default Ubuntu 22.0 LTS Sever ( Gnome) , when I change to desktop mode and see 'Failed to start Halt for Network to be Configured.' I don't make this. Pleaase help me

Looks like graphic is not working properly - try different Display settings (VMware compatible works im most cases for Linux OS).
