I have tried to pass my Nvidia Quadro M4000 gpu to a Windows 10 VM. During this process I keep getting a code 43 error. So when I boot the VM up, I goto device manager and it recognizes the card. I can then run updates and it will download the latest Nvidia driver, but still shows a code 43 after the reboot. I can then disable the card and re-enable it the code 43 goes away for a second and then returns. At one point during testing It with another VM, it would freeze after this process. I also thought maybe it was a power issue with the card not getting enough power, so I switched to a Nvidia Quadro p2000 and I get the same exact issue after it updates the driver. What I find odd is the VM sees the card, what would cause the halt at code 43.
