I reinstalled proxmox and I did backups on a USB stick that I previously created as a directory and was where I stored my Backups. Now I need to know how I can remount this USB stick as a Directory in /mnt/pve/usb-drive.

Howto mount USB drive in Linux? Run the commands from the Proxmox host console or shell or remote-in using SSH.

In fact I had to create another directory with a hard drive and then I deleted it but I kept the configs of it, then I was able to mount the usb-drive...
