[TUTORIAL] VGPU Step by step guide needed for noobs Proxmox VE 7.X

Am trying to do this too and got up to the dkms build step. Had to install missing headers, but now the logs from that command are saying fatal error: linux/pci-aspm.h: No such file or directory. Any suggestions?

I am on kernel 5.15.39-2-pve and am using the GPUOpen-LibrariesAndSDKs/MxGPU-Virtualization repo.

yeah for kernels >= 5.11 you need to use my 'kernel5.11' branch instead: https://github.com/flumm/MxGPU-Virtualization/tree/kernel5.11
(i once opened a pull request on their repo, but they did not merge it sadly)

sadly it seems that amd does not have interest in this particular kernel module anymore, probably because the only supported card are very old at this point
i hope that someday amd brings some new (available) cards that maybe have the driver integrated upstream, seems that intel will be going this way this year with their datacenter gpus...
