Hallo,

bei einer Maschine bricht das Backup immer ab. Was kann ich tun?

Kann es sein, dass dein Root Dateisystem zu klein ist? Eine Kopie des LXCs muss temporär irgendwo gespeichert werden und das ist bei dir gerade in "/var/tmp".
Welcher Ordner dafür benutzt wird kann man über die Zeile "tmpdir=" in der Datei "/etc/vzdump.conf" einstellen.

Das kann sein. Es sind noch 95 GB frei. Der Container enthält aber etwa 200GB.

Wenn ich diesen Container in eine echte VM umstelle, funktioniert aber die Sicherung immer. Liegt es dennoch daran?

Bei VMs muss keine temporäre Kopie angelegt werden, da wird das Backup direkt ins Ziel geschrieben.
