P2V Virtualize Physical server running Microsoft Server 2019 Fails to Boot (Clonezilla)

Has anyone tried virtualizing an Active Directory Microsoft 2019 server. I'am using clonezilla, my remote source is a Dell EMC running Windows Microsoft Server 2019 with Active Directory and NPS roles installed. My remote-dest is a blank Proxmox VM running clonezilla live. With enough disk space and required RAM.
After a successful clone I power down the physical server and reboot the new VM, but the VM wont boot. Has anyone else encountered this error?

So harddisk is uefi, but i haven't seen this Dell problem,i guess the disk is bigger than 3tb? That is maybe problem with gpt?
