limit bandwidth for KVM

Is anyone aware of a method to throttle the amount of bandwidth used by KVM VM's?
To limit them for example to 10Mbps.

You can us 'tc'. With new PVE 2.0 you will be able to do that on the GUI.

i can 'tc' .but, i put "tc qdisc add dev tap111i0d0 root tbf rate 200kbps latency 50ms burst 1000". kvm win2003 don't open web.why?
i put "tc qdisc del dev tap111i0d0 root tbf". kvm win2003 can open web.

please call me why? my command is not right?thanks!
