Unable to connect to VM qga socket - timeout after 31 retries

Hi!

When I try to ping the vm guest agent in the virtual machine, I get the error:
vm 114 qmp command 'guest-ping' failed - unable to connect to VM 114 qga socket - timeout after 31 retries

Quest agent is installed, checkbox "yes" for qemu agent set on. The service Qemu Quest Agent is running.

What could be the reason for the problem?

You can check the I/O by going to PVE GUI Datacenter->NodeName-> in CPU usage section you can find IO delay
