Dual monitor on MacOS

I'm currently using MacOS mojave, and I was wondering how to configure the graphics card in order to set up a dual monitor display?

Easiest method and the most powerfull would be a passthrough PCIe card just for MacOS. I tried this a few years ago and it worked flawlessly. I used a Nvidia Tesla K2000 for that.
