Trackpad issues in Chrome on win10 Guest

I have a win10pro vm on proxmox that I connect from my macbook air laptop using the MS remote desktop app for Mac. Multiple monitors, resource sharing and all the like work well but I can't see to figure out how to get trackpad gestures to pass through to the VM. I have a magic trackpad that I use to swipe back and forth in chrome on my mac but it doesn't seem to work in the vM. Anyone sussed this out already?

my guess its a limitation of the remote desktop software,not really a proxmox problem though..
