proxmox not installing

unable to install proxmox 7 on my old dl380 g5 machine with 24GB ram, 2 TB hard drive an amd processor, pls what do i do to virtualize with it. trying to create a home lab

i donwload proxmox 7 and tried installing it on one of my old proliant server dl380 g5 but its not installing, ends with a black screen. the server has a 24GB ram, a 2TB had SAS and AMD two processors on it. what do I do?

Probably you are trying to install it via USB? If you using rufus you need to use DD mode.

yes am installing with a 32gb flash drive, I did us rufus with the option of dd mode

Try using Balena Etcher, it works for me...

Now I had anothers issue when installing I get theese messages "ACPI: SPCR Unexpected SPCR Access Width, ; X86 cpu (outside TXT); ACPI BIOS Error (bug): ACPI Error: Aborting method.
