Proxmox Mail Gateway support TLS 1.2 & 1.3 ???

Hello forum,
my mail provider is Strato. I received an email today that Strato will support the "TLS 1.0 and 1.1" protocols more from June 1st, 2021. Only the TLS 1.2 and 1.3 protocols are supported. I use the Proxmox Mail Gateway via IMAP to retrieve my mails from various mailboxes and then forward them to my Strato mail accounts. I am assuming that the mail gateway supports TLS 1.2 or 1.3, or am I wrong?
Do you have to set the protocol version for TLS somewhere?

Just look into the manual https://pmg.proxmox.com/pmg-docs/pmg-admin-guide.pdf
Make sure you have the appropriate certificates assigned to your mail gateway (page 33-38)
Also make sure TLS is enabled (page 47-48).

Mostly correct

but since the question was about IMAP and fetchmail - you don't need to configure a certificate (for IMAP retrieval PMG is just a TLS client).

tested this here against a dovecot server which only allows TLS 1.2 and above - works without any changes/adaptations.
