Hey Guys im new to Proxmox, i wanted to build a HA 2 Node Cluster with Replication

BIOS:
-All Sata Ports connected direct onboard
-Disabled onboard Raid-Controller
-AHCI Enabled
-Boot Disks, all SSD's from 1 - 4

Node1
My Setup:
CPU: 1 x Xeon 3000, 4 Cores
RAM: 4 x DDR2-667 ECC, 8Gb
SSD: 4 x WD-RED SA500, 1TB

Node2
My Setup:
CPU: 1 x Xeon 3000, 4 Cores
RAM: 4 x DDR2-667 ECC, 2Gb, Total 8 Gb
SSD: 4 x WD-RED SA500, 1TB, Total 4 Tb

I've Setup both with ZFS Raid 10, Proxmox installation automatically created partitions, so i thought thats right aswell.

Im Struggling with some points.
1. Boot-Time: Server needs 30 Min to 1 Hour to Boot completely
2. can't create a ZFS-Pool, there is Fail Message "Cant creat ZFS with Raid Controller"
3. Replication goes to nowhere

I have done everything with the web interface

  1. Does the boot log mention problems with any services?
  2. But you said "I've Setup both with ZFS Raid 10"? Do you want to create an additional pool? What raid controller do you have exactly?
  3. Do you have logs for the replication? Is there an error?

you can use a qdevice for the quorum, disk size etc. doesn't matter
https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Cluster_Manager#_corosync_external_vote_support

are you shure, that you want to do a HA Cluster with that hardware?
I suggest you to buy newer hardware (CPU, Mainboard and RAM)...
Proxmox normally boots completely within about 30 seconds....
it's just for the moment, but i will try to do it with other components .
Yes i know, there was no impact when i installed the maschines with ext4 format

thanks for your advice
