Mail gateway unknown

hi,
we are using Prx mail gateway .we had set the name of mail gateway mailgateway.nokta.local in setup.
Our Exchange Server İp adress is 192.168.53.253 .
Why we see the unknown (192.168.53.253) when we search tracking center.Please see attachment.
Is this an error ?
please help..

because 192.168.53.253 does not have a reverse pointer configured in your DNS - depending on your setup you can add the reverse pointer DNS entry.

This should normally not cause problems when relaying mail.
