RAW image shrink

Hi.
I have some virtual machines with RAW images disks setted as 300Gb of maximum size, and now the files are about 150Gb bigger.
How can I set the maximum size as a lower value, for example 200Gb, avoiding them to fill my physical storage?

Sorry, but we never resize raw images. So I don't really know what you are talking about.
