Cannot download container templates!

Hi, I would like to make a ubuntu 19.04.1 lxc container so I tried downloading the template for it. All it does is this:

Looks like a (temporary) problem with your DNS server...

* make sure that you have working and reachable DNS-Server IPs listed in '/etc/resolv.conf' on the node
* your provider needs to tell you which those IPs are
* if the node can reach the internet you can try using some public DNS-Servers (e.g. 9.9.9.9, 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8)

you should change DNS using the following :
# cd /etc/network/
# nano interfaces
then enter the DNS example: 4.2.2.2

This problem can also occur by using 1.0.0.1 Public DNS. It has been causing huge problems for me for 2 and a half months now until I discovered it. I suspected it was my network or something else.

yo bro. i am insanely new as well. but i had the same issue
i fixed it by updating my dns configurations from default to google 8.8.8.8 4.4.4.4 in the web gui and restarting the proxmox
