That looks fine, can you show a screenshot of the VM create wizard where it don’t show the storage on the drop down?

That is not the correct tab, that’s picking the ISO to install from.

As mentioned earlier it’s the next tab “Hard Drive”

You can wget the ISO to the template/iso folder in /var/lib/vz

Cache is up to you if you want to leave none or write back. Either will work.

Created VM but when I started "Failed to start server" No VNC

Once your on the Hard Disk tab, select local-lvm on the storage drop down.
