I have installed Proxmox on default settings, and now have local-lvm thin volume. The problem I have is I can't select different disk image than Raw, which mean I can't schedule snapshots. Is there any option to change that without re-installation?

Raw images stored on lvm-thin are thin provisionned and allow snapshots to be taken. What are you missing?

But snapshots can't be taken on to the same LVM-Thin (3,5TB) volume. The other local volume has only 100GB size.

I don't understand what you mean. Yes you can take as many snapshots as you want on the same lvm-thin volume

How?

And I can't enable Backup/Snapshot on this volume. If I go to VM and select backup it also want to take a snapshot on to 100GB volume only.

Ok, so you're talking about backups (dumps), not snapshots. You can still achieve it, with some manual commands. From the command line, create a thin volume, then format it (ext4 or xfs for example), mount it somewhere and declare a new storage of type "directory", which can handke dumos

That is what I am talking about. I am not interested in any manual sh*it. Is it possible to convert it to the normal LVM volume without re-installation?

So you're not interested in knowing how to achieve what you want ? Ok.
FYI normal (non thin) LVM would be exactly the same (with less features as there would be no thin provisionning, and no snapshots)

I decided that I don't want this lovume in LVM anymore. I am going to re-install as the fastest way of getting rid of this.
