Hi,

I found yet two bugs or not well working settings:

1. If I want to prevent search domain to be used on dns server and set it to . also postfix mydomain and myhostname will be adjusted resulting in postfix is getting unusable.

2. I just found today, that forwarding mails from domains with SPF enabled result in getting blocked. SRS seems to be enabled on the forwarding platform, so maybe the SPF setting is "too hard". As I can't adjust the SPF setting, I need to disable SPF for the first.

Regards,
Christian

Is it a bug, that I don't see any statistics under Domain, Sender, Receiver and Contact although I see Top Receivers on the Dashboard?

I answer my own question. ;-) Configuration => Use advanced statistic filters sound very good for me, so I kept it enabled. However, it seems to be a setting not to have advanced statistic filters but have an advanced filter, which tries to determine valid recipients by checking against outgoing mail users. As I don't use the solution outgoing and can't do (for private usage especially, as I forward incoming mails to a hosted exchange provider, where I can't adjust outgoing mail flow, for commercial usage I may be able to use outgoing filtering as well), this result in no data been shown. Now I disabled this setting and my statistics are shown. ;-)

Another bug arise: The Tracking Center defaults for start and end could be better. The start looksalike the date of the last reboot and the end is the next day at 0:00. Would be nicer to have the current day defaulted from 0:00 and the next day at 0:00 as the end. Selecting the dates manually often result in the warning message "command '/usr/bin/pmg-log-tracker -v -l 2000 -s 1525116600 -e 1524693600 -n -g' failed: exit code 255 (500)" as usually starting with clicking on start, choosing today and first then adjusting the end. It's more about usability than a bug.

Hi, thanks for the reports, as I'm currently not to much involved into our mailgateway I cannot confirm or reject them for now.

But could you please file those and future ones at: https://bugzilla.proxmox.com/ if you are sure that this is a bug and couldn't possible be a configuration, or similar, error.
We can track bugs and feature requests there much better as in the forum, where they tend to get overseen or forgotten more easily.

Hi, I opened some bug reports. However, this bugs are bugs, but they are just level from enhancement to normal, nothing unsolvable, but solving them would make your product better. I like your solution, looks much better than the "competition" products based on Open Source, e.g. Mailfilter.
