Tracking Center start time

Hello,
in the Tracking Center of new PMG 5.0-53 the start time is set by default one hour back of actual time.
Is it possible to change the default start time anywhere ?

Because of individuell needs it would by helpfull to set it by an configuration option.
e.g. set different hours to actual time or a fix start time.
Maybe you can put this requirement to your todo list, because it not so important ;-)
