Has anyone else experienced this? I'm attempting to run the Fall update in a Windows 10 pro VM and it's failing during the upgrade. It just freezes. I've tried twice, left it overnight and it freezes somewhere around 29% each time.

The VM is in a qcow2 container, on a ZFS filesystem, writeback enabled, virtio disk/network drivers, cpu Default.

I'm not sure if this behavior is related to Proxmox itself. It is more a Windows Problem. I read in several Technology Blogs, that Microsoft has generic Update issues (overloaded Update Servers) with the Fall Update.

Yeah, I'm not blaming proxmox for this, I just really don't have any clue what it is. I've tried the update through windows update, and also with the microsoft media creation tool. It fails under all these conditions so I kinda doubt its a MS server thing.

Hi, may be try the vitrio driver from Microsoft to install first.
