What about processors with a TDP = 65 W?
Optiplex 7000 with specs:
i5-12500, 16GB (2X8GB) DDR5 Non-ECC Memory, M.2 2280 512GB PCIe NVMe
This optiplex under stress is about 100W. I don't know how many watts in idle.
Maybe I should build a PC based on TDP = 65W?
