I'd like to start with this journalctl -b0 -krp warning ethtool -k YOURNICHERE I'd recommend a memory test. Also try to grab a monitor and keep it attached. You need it for doing a memory test anyways. Sometimes things are printed but not logged...

Hi, re-assigning disks to other guests can be easily done in the Hardware tab of the individual guest, via the Disk Action > Reassign owner button. Or you can also do it (in bulk even, if so desired) via the CLI...

It's by design. VM disks are tied to the VM ID. If you want to change the ID, you need to rename the disk in order to attach it to another VM with another ID. Feel free to create a bugreport / feature request: https://bugzilla.proxmox.com/
