Hey!
I'm sorry you never got a response. I have the exact same problem right now.
I'd really appreciate it if you could share how this worked out for you.
How did you end up managing the nodes? Did you set up a cluster, use the Datacenter...
this is https://bugzilla.proxmox.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2582 and not yet implemented, though we are working through the list of root-only things and try to implement them in a way that makes them not require root@pam anymore (e.g., PCI/USB...
Hello everyone,
I am experiencing the same behavior, but it is much more severe when using ZFS.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to make any further progress.
Does anyone have another idea or a possible solution?
I would be very grateful...
One thing I would consider is the availability of support. While the Proxmox Datacenter Manager (despite it's still limited feature set compared to vcenter) is covered by Proxmox support beginning with basic subscription level I'm not aware of...
Thank you @fiona
I bit the bullet and shut down the VM during lunch break. No problems starting it up after. Doing a manual backup right now and it's running normally.
So the problem is solved and the thread can be closed.
Ah...well that's an interesting change that our configuration management needs to be updated for.
The key change still seems odd/unexpected, but I suppose that's moot when it actually is managed by a package.
Thanks!
Hi @wendellrodriguez , its best to open your own thread vs "hijacking" a loosely related thread of another poster.
The short answer to your question - yes, it should be possible. Thousands of people have done similar migrations. Have you tried...
Welcome to the forum.
There was nothing unpolite in @bbgeek17 ‘s reply. It‘s common sense since the early days of forums and boards not to hijack threads what is part of the netiquette.
Opening your own thread with a good title will help you...
Hi Fabian,
thanks for your reply. I can see in that bug report that that already exists since more than six years, and the last meaningful update is almost a year ago. Is there a plan / timeframe when all of this will be implemented?
Also, the...

Das die LVM Volumes, welche du als VM Disks nutzt, erst aktiviert werden wenn du die VM startest. Dadurch kann sich der VM Start um paar ms verzögern, aber dafür hast du einige andere Probleme nicht.
After we upgrade from PDM 1.0 to 1.1.1 it's seems impossible to run de updates.

I found this post finally and that got me sorted out! Thanks all!
@Hank42 solved this on a different version. Me also encountered this <span> bug in the resource tree with PVE 9.1.6. The fix is to downgrade proxmox-widget-toolkit to the version that actually matched pve-manager 9.1.6 at release time:

Hi,
the mirror jobs are concluded, so they were already canceled. You should be able to dismiss them:
