TTErxleben replied to the thread KVM virtualisation configured, but not available. Despite being enabled in the bios..Update your BIOS, then look specifically for virt-x, and enable it if necessary. An i5-6500T is definitely capable of doing that.

Complicated solution to an easy problem. Proxmox should just remove the MiB. Instead, do it like most other software. Allow the user to input Number X plus M or G. Like 512M or 4G. -
