FWIW, forky isn't released, and it's still about half a year until the freeze period starts, and until then lots of packages can still get dropped. Debian cares a bit less about the reasoning we had here, there is no support (and thus liability)... -

BNicht vergessen, der PBS ist durch seine Deduplizierung nur mit SSDs optimal, was gerade beim Backup zu delays bei dem VMs führen kann. Das sollte man auf jeden Fall im Hinterkopf behalten und ist kein Mangel an der Software.

Hmm. Wie erwartet ist alles im Cache. Da würde auch ein anderes OS oder ein anderer Kernel nicht wirklich helfen da das von PVE als benutzt berechnet wird. Du kannst probieren den Cache so zu leeren und der Wert sollte runter gehen. Ist halt nur...

Das Video ist etwas oldschool. So umständlich macht man das nicht mehr. Mit meinem virtio iso geht das deutlich einfacher, aber so versteht man ein wenig die Hintergründe warum man das früher so umständlich gemacht hat.
