THi guys, it may be very good if an add-in for oulook would be available to add/delete and manage directly from outlook UI the user's black/whitelist/quarantaine ( so that you can easily mark emails as Spam or Not Spam ect...) Nobody needs this...

Probably it is the easiest way, and if the rest of the cluster and Ceph are configured correctly, you should not experience any downtime in your production environment.
