Okay :-)
Wenn man den Raid Controller allerdings so verwenden will, kann man ihn nicht in den ansonsten empfohlenen "IT"-Mode umschalten. ("Initiator Target", ohne virtuell definierte Platten. Wir wissen bisher gar nicht, welcher Controller-Typ...
From the routing table entries, as well as the vtysh output, it looks as if FRR is able to find the neighbors and learn / install the proper routes.
How does the interface configuration look like?
ip a show dummy_backhaul
ip a show en05
ip a...
Okay :-)

Proxmox 8.4 to the current 9.2.2 is the way to go, 9.1 is possible but quite complicated.
Keep in mind that 7.0 is actually just 6.20 but Linus doesn't like large numbers. ;) So the step is less daunting than it seems.
That said, you can always...
Iirc WD20EFAX are SMR ("Shingled ..."). It is really a game of luck to make them work with ZFS. (Read https://www.truenas.com/docs/hardware/notices/wdsmr/ )
Problems especially during resilvering are somewhat... expected.
Das ist doch genau der richtige Ausgangspunkt - eine Testkiste zum spielen, kaputtmachen und ausprobieren inkl. Desaster Recovery!
Also learning by doing!
Ich bevorzuge Hardware-Raid (je nach Controller), nutze aber kein ZFS sondern lieber ext4...
Just as a bad designed example: one single pool, RaidZ2, three devices for the Special Device because two were not stable - and one being attached by USB. Again: bad design.
What I can see here is this:
root@pvec:~# zpool iostat -v 5...
You can already use a single PVE node/cluster with multiple PDM instances. Just use a different API token name.
The report from the original reporter here is a different error where we should provide a workflow to force remove such nodes and/or...
Am I wrong or is this a link to the PVE documentation? Here we are talking about the PDM, not a PVE cluster so I hope you can remove and add nodes as needed?
Correct. Just to be sure, did you read https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#_remove_a_cluster_node ?
"At this point, you must power off hp4 and ensure that it will not power on again (in the network) with its current...
Hi,
I'm completely new to this topic and in general i've no idea what am i doing.
I have a PVE 9.1.19 running and a deticated Pi5 with PBS 4.2.0.
I installed PBS via this https://github.com/dexogen/pipbs
On top I have a Synology and attached it...
Do you expect a connection error and not the probably very old 2TB WD red drive?
VRPF failed, right?
You pulled it out and inserted the 9TN2, right?
BTW don't do that if you have enough bays. Just insert the new drive and let the resilver do...
Not what I am seeing in the real world.
Let's start with a fresh VM where nothing is already backed up:
zpool iostat poolBackup 1
capacity operations bandwidth
pool alloc free read write read write...
