    The 7/9 ratio is just plain math: When you look at the end result with 7 disks + 2 parity, you will notice that the net capacity is 7/9th of the raw disk capacity. So when you add the 9th disk with 14 TB, you will not gain 14 TB more free space...

    Hi @davis.k, could you share the full migration task log and excerpt from the system logs/journal for completeness? If there is a left-over backup block job from Veeam, then yes, that might hinder migration.

    Thank you @czechsys I tried that and I ended up resharing the "NFS" mount on the ZeroFS box as "true" NFS, so all my complexity is in one place. Sharing a directory means I have to mount that NFS share everywhere :O

    thanks for reporting, we forgot to pass the endtime from the list to the task viewer and then it takes the current time to calculate the duration. sent a patch for it...

    What if you add the ms_crc_data = False setting to the storage-specific configuration (that is generated by the script)? I'm not sure the /etc/ceph one is even considered when the storage-specific one is present.

    Thank you for the advices. That is more or less what I expected, but I wanted to confirm that this metric is still not available in that form at the moment. In that case, I will keep relying on my current workaround for now.
