Yes. Yes, but existing VMs need to be actively updated, affected VMs will output a visible warning in the VM start worker task log with the respective instructions (they are basically the same as needed on PVE 9) -
fiona replied to the thread PVE 9 Strange CPU Stats.IIRC (it has been a while), this is expected, because the granularity is finer, so effectively no averaging out happens. I.e. you see every data point in the graph.
