Just install windows 10 using the iso for the latest version, install the patches, then attempt to install the virtuliaztion platform feature and restart the vm.

BIf you have a VLAN-aware bridge then it is sufficient to just leave it as is and use the respective VLAN tag at the network device of the VM / Container. If you want the host to have an IP in that VLAN as well, then you configure it the same way...
