Hi, It looks like the ssd drives attached to both servers have the same name (ssd). Each resource in a pool has to have a unique name. Please rename the two ssds to proxmox-141-ssd and proxmox-143-ssd and then you can add them to the pool.

If it said it was not mounted it means it was not mounted in the first place :-) Do the proper mount and try it again.
