Using the same qdevice is no problem as long your network setup ensures that each node can reach the qdevice. For example in my homelab my cluster has two corosync networks (main and fallback) but the qdevice is on a completely different subnet...

YES! Unless you import the public key, it cannot verify it. I wasn't aware that you actually can import a private key into a CA store ... I never tried something like that. I hope it does not work and OP has just misunderstood.

To get some helpful hints you need to describe your setup, tell us exactly what you a) wanted to do, b) what you actually did and c) which error message you got.
If you feel it is a bug it is recommended to go...
