On TrueNAS side, the portal is listening to only one interface, so it's ok, that's why he doesn't answer to other IP request.
That's a problem because it create a lot of trying connections and big delay.
Update
If I tune verify, I get 5.1 GBit/s and more
proxmox-backup-manager datastore update data0 \ --tuning 'default-verification-readers=16,default-verification-workers=32'
So PBS, the hardware and configuration can deliver this speed.
But...
I must have tried 30+ different settings, workarounds, manual command line things to get resizing working for kali 2025 in proxmox using SPICE but my screen always either froze, or i couldn't click on anything and every reboot the display went...
Hello,
I've installed the current PBS on a dedicated server in a datacenter (OVH).
AMD EPYC 9135 16-Core Processor (1 Socket)
128 GB RAM
2x 1TB NVME SSD mirror for OS/PBS
6x 8TB NVME SSD (Samsung MZWL67T6HBLC-00AW7)

Thank you! That was all I needed to do. Now I can fix my cmdline and everything is fine. I asked in two forums and read a bunch of threads from people with the same problem. Nobody mentioned this once.
Now I can go back and get amd_pstate...
You can edit the kernel args during boot: https://gist.github.com/Impact123/3dbd7e0ddaf47c5539708a9cbcaab9e3#temporary-kernel-arguments
I'm curious what they are at the moment.
You may have to live with the current deployment time until a technical solution is implemented to address this limitation. There may be something on the horizon, but I do not have visibility into the development priorities of Proxmox Server...
Hi @lxiosjao ,
No.
I am not sure if the new tech-preview PVE9 LVM snapshot-as-volume-chain may optimize anything for you. If I recall correctly, it still require 100% space overhead reservation for snapshots/clones.

This thread helped me to fix issue wthout host reboot.

Oh cool. Thank you.
So, if I have a 3-node HA cluster, and I were to check the storages for each node, will it triple the space then, because I've checked it thrice?
