Sure. My post says nothing against that approach - disabling ssh for root (originating from the PVE cluster) is okay for a PBS+QDev too :-) -

Das ist doch kein Bug, eigentlich sind solche Aktionen mit massenhaft Chunks verschieben ja nicht vorgesehen, sondern dass man darauf achtet, dass immer genug Platz vorhanden ist.

I assume - but don't know how to proof - the configuration in the lxc container with nesting feature enabled...
