this issue is caused by having a wrong system time at time of first bootup when the key is initially generated. if you update to current packages it should fix itself automatically as well.

I downgraded to kernel 6.12 and all the I/O errors went away and the system runs much faster too, so Im not sure what the major differences are but fingers crossed that fixes...
