    Some update: after increasing the amount of RAM to 8 GiB the machine was running for 2.5 days. Unfortunately it freezed again: Any hint appreciated.... Thanks and cheers, Jörg

    Yes changing PCIe cards / adding some can cause the renames. You also need to change the interface in the vmbr0 bridge
