For what it's worth, for anyone else who comes across this, my issue is now resolved. In my case, I was also using GPU pass-through, an RTX3060 12GB to be exact, and I had Resizable BAR enabled in the BIOS. I read somewhere else (now can't find... -

And there is no need to backup a single Proxmox node (if you have a cluster). You may want to backup the VM config files but everything else is really not that important...
