I too have issues with pve-container=6.1.0 related to host mounts. In my case, it is not related to NFS or read-only mounts. I wonder if this is the same issue or something else entirely.
This issue is that the ownership of mp root directories...
This is a good news, I'm especially interested in a new ZFS 2.4 feature which allows using the special device as zil/slog device:

Hi,
after a recent update my unmanaged lxc does not start anymore.

ZFS 2.4.0 would be a much better wait ;)
Released 2 Weeks ago und many really nice improvements (rewrite -p, special vdev on raidz1/z2/..., faster encryption, better slow disk handling - to name my favs)
Good idea, I would have to think about a kind of realistic scenario for comparing different setups though ;)
Yes, I wouldn't do it right now either. But it's great news, that we won't have to wait until PVE10 to use the new feature ;)
You are missing some directives in the vmbr0_vlan100 and vmbr0_vlan48 sections respectively. When configuring an IPv4 address you need to add inet static - when configuring no IP address inet manual is required. Analogous for IPv6, but with inet6...
Sparse (thin provisioning) won't affect already existing VM-disks, only newly created ones after you enabled that option. But you could clone existing VMs (and remove the previous), so the cloned VMs become sparse.
I've already written what it does, and am not about to go on the full defensive. Reiterating succinctly: This is a wrapper for PBC. It adds inheritable backup config from within the dataset properties (vs. remembering to modify your PBC scripts)...
Hallo!

You might produce something like "FABC: optimizing a pool by utilizing the new features of ZFS 2.4" or similar ;-)
I would definitely read it :-)
I hesitate to roll out that update (in my Homelab) though...
